A graduate in Physics, since 1999 he has worked at national and international research centers including: ISAC-CNR, NASA and ESA. He founded and coordinated the CATTID scientific laboratories at the Sapienza University of Rome. He is currently Program Leader of the degree course in Technologies and Languages of Communication and Director of the Research Department at the Link Campus University where he also serves as Scientific Director of the Dasic Research Center and of the Services Center for Information Technologies IT Link. Expert and evaluator of projects concerning transport, environment, RFID, IoT, Smart Cities and Digital Agenda for the European Commission. Since October 2014 he has held the position of President and CEO of Roma Servizi per la Mobilità as well as Head of the Technical Secretariat of Minister Gianluca Galletti, Ministry of Environment and Protection of Land and Sea.
